Our Company Values

1.  HEALING & RECOVERY

We believe that most behavioral health problems, such as addiction, relational dysfunction, mistrust, and more, are maladaptive branches that have grown out of deeper roots of psychological trauma; and when trauma, the real culprit, is unearthed and processed correctly, true healing and recovery follow.

2. UPLIFTMENT

We believe in uplifting people, especially those who are underserved and in-need, by facilitating meaningful and joyful experiences.

3. GROWTH & EMPOWERMENT

We believe that empowerment is found in challenging individuals to step couragiously outside of their comfort zone and into the growth zone.

4. THERAPEUTIC RECREATION

We believe recreation and adventure-based therapies are among the most restorative, uplifting, and empowering modalities for helping individuals find health, purpose, empowerment and belonging (the antitheses of psychological trauma).

5. AWE & WONDER

We believe that being in and engaging with nature and all its elements is full of awe and wonder, and therefore, restorative, uplifting, and empowering.

6. RESPECT

We believe that respect best shows up when we are kind, listen, collaborate, address and work through conflict, and give credit where it’s due.
